Signi Fires Stainless Steel Spit Braai
The Stainless Steel Spit Braai is available in one size (1700mm) and three cooking options. Choose between the full gas spit braai, full wood / charcoal spit braai or a combination of gas and charcoal spit braai. This Spit Braai is unique in that you have the option to spit a large quantity of meat, like a whole lamb, or simply use it as a normal braai. Remove the spit arm and the braai is converted into a normal gas braai, wood braai or charcoal braai. The difference between the wood braai and charcoal braai is the wood braai has an ember maker and the charcoal braai does not.

Upgrade your stainless steel gas braai with a matching stainless steel extraction canopy. We offer two standard designs being Angled or Square. Both designs are available in three sizes, 800, 1200 and 1600. The Angled stainless steel extraction canopy is ideal for braai chefs that are tall, the design affords the braaier to get closer to the action without bumping your head. The square extractor can be recessed into the ceiling or between walls to give it a shallow look and feel.
