Signi Fires Stainless Steel Extraction Canopy for Gas Braai

Upgrade your stainless steel gas braai with a matching stainless steel extraction canopy. We offer two standard designs being Angled or Square. Both designs are available in three sizes, 800, 1200 and 1600. The Angled stainless steel extraction canopy is ideal for braai chefs that are tall, the design affords the braaier to get closer to the action without bumping your head. The square extractor can be recessed into the ceiling or between walls to give it a shallow look and feel. The stainless steel extraction canopy comes standard with LED down lights, removable grease filters and a built in light switch. The unique design of the grease filter system traps grease inside the filter which is then easily cleaned by removing and washing the filter. We recommend that you always take a larger stainless steel extraction canopy than your actual gas braai outside dimensions to ensure an adequate draft.

The stainless steel extraction canopy is designed to be either rear or top extracted. See technical specifications PDF below that illustrates these two types of installations. We also provide all the other parts you will need like the louvre box, pipes, cowl and motors. We know that no two installations are the same, don’t worry we have you covered. With our components any installation challenge can be overcome. Please note these stainless steel extraction canopies are only for use with gas braais. We have other options for wood braais.
